The studio founded in 2002 is run by the three of us We have learnt our craft working on the projects of the University Library and the Highest Court in Warsaw. After nearly ten years of practice we began working on our own. |
Within the last 7 years we have managed to win a few architectural competitions among others for the complexes of multifamily buildings, SPA hotels, the house for the elderly people and others. At present many of these buildings are in the process of realization. We deal with project task of various scale - beginning with single family houses, tenement houses, estates of large multifamily buildings, office parks, public spaces up to four star hotels.We treat each task individually. Furthermore we have made projects of renovation, modernization and conversion of two historical tenement houses in Warsaw. It allowed us to gain experience in a complicated task of dealing with historical buildings.

Our team includes 20 architects and is constantly developing. The studio is fully computerized with ARCHICAD programmes and it is organizationally prepared to deal with the largest tasks. We have got a team of experienced co-workers, consultants and designers from all design disciplines. We make complete projects beginning with the concept, building plan together with approvals, tendering procedure, working design up to design & investment supervision. We also deal with preparation of investment process and we are expierienced in cooperation with local government. We make absorbency analysis and masterplan study.
